This is in reference to the sub standard product that Siemens have sold us.
We had done correspondence in Feb 2023, when one out of two Siemens Refrigerator was giving us constant problems.
They had very well mentioned that sometimes compressors fail in a short span of time which came to me as a surprise.
However, on their insistence, we got the compressor replaced by paying a huge sum.
Not only that, but the entire lining was changed and a several visit charges for their engineers were incurred.
Now, we are experiencing the same problem in the same refrigerator.
Seimens technician has visited and indicated the compressor may have failed. He has asked to incur gas filing charges just to check.
I do not understand how to handle this situation.
If Seimens team is not willing to accept that they have supplied us with a defective product and a proper resolution for the recurring problems is not provided, then I will have to discard the refrigerator.
I hope this email reaches the right people.
I am suffering without the deep freezer working since last one month
