[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Service washing machine | |||
I have raise a service ticket two weeks before and one technician came and done something. Then again the same problem started and raise a service ticket two days before. Nobody attended the service till now . I was following up with the customer care and they told me that they have already assigned somebody . Really in a frustrating situation as we have few guests coming and lot many things pending . Looking forward for a solution. I am planning to escalate to the next level.
