Your engg. Came after doing two complain.
He said part needed to be replace and whenever the part come i will install it.
I have launched the complain 20 days before. But still i am facing the problem in siemens freeze.

This type of delay problem is not occuring first time with me. Previous problem of washing machine have been resolve by your company in one month.
I am thinking to go for consumer court if my problem not solve right now
