[Resolved] Siemens Home India — washing machine from siemens... | |||
Complaint logged in on 27th july. Technician attended after 2 days and said electronic board was spoilt. Today is 7th aug and till date i've no confirmation on the whereabouts of spares and when machine will be attended to. Call center have a standard response "we will get back to you in 24 hours" and no one gets back. Have reached out to field engineer also and the response is similar. No accountability. It has been over 3 months since we booked oven with half payment as advance, till we haven't delivered. We have called numerous times Siemens show room in T.Nagar Chennai Buzullah Road but in vain, keep postponding the dates.Please help us.
