[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Washing machine problem not resolved | |||
I raised an issue of Siemens front loading washing machine getting tripped on 2nd of Jan, 2017. Initially one technician visited and he couldn't understand the issue. Next day another technician came and he figured out that the issue was because the heating coil in the washing machine is damaged and needs a replacement and he ensured that he'll make a request for the new part. From then I contacted the customer over 10 times and every time I was given the reply that the service team would contact me and someone used to call in some cases by mentioning that that part will arrive in 4 days. This has been going on for more than past 40 days and still the issue is not resolved. I'm literally pizzed off with Siemens. Was this information helpful? | |||
