[Resolved]  Siemens India — complaint regarding their product and services

Siemens' Complaint number : [protected] Complaint lodged on: 4th August, 2014 Name : Shetal Shah This is to inform you that my washing machine is not working since 4th august 2014, and after many calls i am not getting any satisfactory reply from their side, and they dont even listen to our complaint and simply disconnect the phone call, which is very insulting. The reason for buying siemens was its real big brand name, and after paying healthy amount as compared to other companies, when we are not getting service then it is not good on their part and not only their service but also we are upset from their staff's rude behavior. As they are not co-operative and ignore our calls too. Siemens is liable to provide service on time to its customer. Today its been more than 15 days that our washing machine is not working and we are facing many problem.Just to replace one part of the machine, does it really takes this long???? And their technician already took Rs.800 from me as service charge and promised to fix it as early as posible in a day or 2 but he never turned up since then, we also agreed to pay for the part, still no follow up was done from their side.My question is that WHY is siemens particular in taking MONEY and not while GIVING SERVICE. This is the forth time i am complaining for this washing machine from past 2 years, and every time i have to pay healthy amount for repairing. I am very upset with their product.
