[Resolved]  Siemens — Washing machine poor service

I have a front loading washing machine at Kochi, purchased 10 years back. Recently, the power started tripping whenever the machine was switched on. I had registered the complaint last week with Siemens customer care. However, the local service agent closed the complaint with out my knowledge or any engineer visit. I have registered the complaint once again with the number[protected]. Still there is no response. Siemens service is the worst. Every time i call the customer care center, i am told that the system is upgraded and they cannot take my call now.
