On the 8th of january, i was visited by two of your volunteers, the application number being, i wanted to contribute to the noble cause but expressed i can do it only on a monthly basis. I opted for a small contribution that i thought would be beneficial since i saw something similar on your website. But he forced me to pay minimum 12k and got the amount through gpay. And i did the same, in less than an hour of realising i did a mistake. Am trying to do all things possible. Is it possible i can get my amount back?? Verified Support Jan 16, 2020 Sightsavers Customer Care's response Sightsavers India offers a refund policy to the donors only in case there has been an error / technical reason for the transfer due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or donated extra amount. However, in your case, the donation was done willingly from your side and without any technical fault. Therefore, we will not be able to refund your money back as it will go against Sightsavers' policy. Rest assured, your money will support and help in building the life of someone from the vulnerable group.
