Delivery of my cheque book

I have received message from icici bank regarding dispatch of cheque book vide awb no. 26439838 dtd. 01.12.2015. Now today is 05/12/2015. How much time your are taking for delivery? till i have not received my cheque book. This is not a way to service....

The cheque book delivered by ICICI bandk has not be delivered sine more than 7 days . on checking the air way bill status it says returned twice as door being locked. My house has a a person 24X7 so no question of it being locked, neither has the courier person tried to call the contact number, Even more unfortunate is that when I tried reaching Sigma, all the contact numbers provided on the Sigma website, are either wrong or do not...

Non Delivery of ICICI BANK debit card by SIGMA

SIGMA Couriers are terrible. They have not delivered my card, but claim to have attempted delivery. No delivery note has been left at my house, and I have been at home for the last three days. Therefore they are obviously lying when they say A quick scan of this consumer complaint board reveals several complaint. Why on earth is ICICI continuing to use this courier company?...

bad service to customer by sigma courier

I'm supposed to received a package sent from ICICI bank,MUMBAI which was handed over to Sigma courier and I got the confirmation from the ICICI bank that it has been dispatched to my address on 05.07.2012.the tracking number is LT[protected] . I followed with the Sigma courier people and I did not get the good reply always they take my number and say our people will cal you back, sometime they keep my call on hold.since...

UNPROFESSIONAL AND CRAP COURIER COMPANY

My ICICI debit card has been dispatched to sigma courier and they are a complete crap company...they have no tracking support nor do they any customer care service...i just cant understand how can ICICI bank partner with such a crap company!!! its been 12 days since ICICI bank has dispatched my courier and how can it take 12 days for an intercity courier!!! No one answers the number and the one time i got through them they promised that...

ICICI Bank Debit Card not delivered

Hi,

I had requested for a new Debit Card on the 28, April 2011, through ICICI Bank because I had lost my Debit Card. ICICI bank informed me that they had dispatched my card on the 30, April 2011 to Sigma Couriers. I have tried contact Sigma Couriers through numerous means to have get my card. Their website does not bring up the AWB # that ICICI bank has provided me, the telephone numbers don't work, they just ring out....

One Of the Worst Courier Services I have seen Ever ...I am A ICICI bank account holder And i was suppose to get a Checque Book Delivery through Sigma Courier The Bank Says they had shipment the book On date 7 july 2010, Courier service says it hasn't been come yet . after inquiring on date 10 they said they the checque book has reached them but still after those it's 13 july today, I have not yet get the checque ..i do not know...

Poor Service

I have requested online for Cheaque Book form ICICI Bank website.

Sigma Courier left one slip at my address as I was not present that time to collect my Check Book .In that slip (AWB/ AC No. 5354174) they asked me to contact.

Though I requested them next day (twice) to send my courier after 6 pm.they did not send.

This Sigma Courier service is too poor to tolerate.

bad service

i am neigbhour to one of the customer of times of india edition, on 16 feb there was courier to my neighbour from TOI , it was delivered through Sigma courier services with address mentioned on it.

the problem is that i was running with high fever, and was alone at that time , the delivery boy rang the door bell 2 times, when i opened very aggrogantly asked the room number of the receipient, i told why don't you ask...

no delivery

This is javed from mumbai i have account in icici bank . Icici bank send me debit card from sigma courier but this courier have no proper website which i can't track my shipment proper and if i calling in customer service they will not response me properly .


And Icici bank send shipment on26/10/09 unless i will not get anyresult.


so, very very poor service
