Icici bank sends my cheque book and debit card thru sigma courier. I have not once received the courier sent thru sigma without me calling and complaining to the customer care about sigma courier boys never calling us and taking the courier back without coming to deliver them to the customer. It looks like the courier boys don't want to take effort to search the customer house and find an easy way to give feedback that customer not at home so undelivered. This is the most pathetic courier service after delivery courier service where in the supervision is so bad where they don't bother to cross check why customer was not called.
