With due respect and humble submission i wish to lay down the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

I was retired from indian army, corps of signals on 01 october 2008 after completion of my 16 yrs and 215 days service and joined bharath sanchar nigam ltd on 19 june 2009 as telecom technical assistant. Now i have been qualified limited departmental competent exam (Ldce) conducted in 04 apr 2013 and successfully completed my phase i induction training but the bsnl authorities hold my promotion because o[censored]nable to proving my previous service in indian army that was equal to group c. At the time of my retirement i was ranked as naik and under the pay band of 5200 – 20200 and my grade pay was 2400 but the competent authority does not want to agree with my ppo and relevant document such as my discharge book. They told me that they want group c certificate from defence authority. So i request you to kindly be issue above said certificate to me as soon as possible so that i can prove my eligibility in front of chief general manager, kerala circle, bsnl authorities.(Scanned copies of bsnl identity card and ppo attached)
