i passed out my 12th and joined up with CS and i took up Crack institute of sikkim manipal university as my coaching. these people they first told to start in march n delayed it till june ending. Mrs komal Singh assured us to teach economics and accounts and by being assured with her teaching we paid 3000rs to her in the very beginning as she had recommended for it. now she is not teaching us and there has been some faculty problem here. this is the question of our future and these people are teaching us just for the purpose of money. we are not at all satisfied by the faculty and they are justt wasting our time and money.
i kindly request you to look into this

I am Sudhansu Sekhar Behera want to lodge a complain against Sikkim Manipal University on behalf my brother Sri Durjyodhan Behera, that after number of visit to the Sikkim Manipal university study center , Gandhi Nagar , Berhampur still the officer/official of the study center/smu has not given my provisional certificate though i had completed my MBA during 2011 and completed all the formalities for obtaining the Provisional Certificate. I had deposited Rs.1000.00 vide Book Code BR Bill No-19 Date - 23.05.2011 which was the fees asked for by the official towards the certificate.

I am Richa Chauhan ...actually my complaint is i had an MBA exam started in january last week but our respected institute APAR INDIA IN DWARKA said our exam postponed in feb 2012 ..when ever the feb month come i had register my name of exam centre in smu site as per told by apar india ...i had selected cosmo foundation in sitapuri institute for my mba exam ...n my exam were started on 11 th feb2012 .i had already taken 15 days leave for my mba exam ....but i had recevied sms from smu side 10th feb night ..thats msg is our exam is postponed due some technical glithch ...next day i went to apar india they said our exam only 11 th feb exam is postponed ...n they also said rest exam would as per schedule ...but whenever i went to go for a next exam in cosmo foundation (EC) on 12th feb ..they said our exam again postponed ...in widout any information ....that s rediculous system .............u all guys are money maker ..u guys only show wats the standard of your university. I requested return my fees becaus your standard o[censored]r university is very poor.

I am a student of Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education
Programmee with and Center code:01637 Center Name: Basu Bir Foundation,Garia,Kolkata. I am pursuing
MBA course in distance and has not availed the class option available
at learning center as I am working as Software Consultant and lack of
time. At the time of admission, I was told no extra fee is required as
I am not availing class. My Exam is schedule to start from[protected]
onwards, and now I am being informed by the learning center to pay a
sum of Rs.1000 because I have not availed the class option in order to
qualify to sit for exam. Please help me out as this I think is some
kind of student harassment and unlawful as nothing was written or
mentioned in admission form or documents provided by the center. If
this kind of illegitimate demands are made student will loose faith
towards the university like me, as I have already decided not to
continue with the course further from the university and skip the exam
with no choice left.
At the end I can only conclude, that my total fees for 1st semester
was taken & I feel being cheated and hence I need my money refund.

My Self Yogesh Panday, I had taken admission in Sikkim Manipal University (SMU at Pusa Road 2017) for MBA. SMU provide us to choose date sheet (location,date,time). I self have choose my date sheet and now I am going to preparation of my exams. I have to urgently attend some family function on 22nd Nov. so I choose holiday on 20, 21st 22nd or 23rd because I am out of delhi. Now when I receive my date sheet from SMU it is differ from my selected date sheet. They change my date at there end and they put paper on 23rd when I complaint it to Pusa Road Branch my Consular ask me that the date sheet is come from our Head Office and they selected it & when I object and say that the day which you selected for my paper I am not in delhi because of some urgent family work and I also ask please if possible change my time or postponed the paper they simply denied and say dont worry give your paper with next batch and you have pay Rs.225 each paper, I shocked I said you give us option to choose date sheet at our timing, date, location then why you change it and why I should pay for this. Accept my 1st and IInd Paper all dates are changed how can I manage it and the reply of Consular was we can't do anything.

Now please show me the way what I have to do. I had gave them 13000 for my first semester and now 1125 for Ist sem paper and another 13000 for IInd sem. I don't have enough money to fulfill there requirements even my financial condition is not in my favour.

Sir I request to you If possible please refund my Ist semester fees or give my option to start my MBA from the beginning. I can't afford my remaining papers fees with my IInd Semester.

I am doing distance MBA from Sikkim Manipal university, My learning centre was in Faridabad (01551), I have done my all four semester from this centre. My one exam of 4th semester is not yet cleared. In the month of July , I have appeared again but somehow i was not able to clear the exam again.

In the month of July my job got transferred from Faridabad to Pune & I have started tracing the centre near my residence. Finally i got the no. of Mr. Piyush ([protected]), he has given me the contact no. of study centre in kharadi (MILE EDUCATION CENTRE) i asked them to reappear for this exam in the month of November. They asked me for a DD which i have submitted on time with all the necessary documents & asked them if anything else required, They clearly told me that they will inform me for admit card and nothing is pending from your side. i was in touch with Mr. Piyush during all this & he also give me an assurance for resetting in the month of November.

When the November month starts i asked them for admit card to appear in the exam, on my demand they asked me to visit at their centre. At my arrival they told me that your no. was not reachable that's why we were not able to submit your form in the university. Hence you are not able to appear in this exam. Finally they had done nothing & very easily they told me these SIMPLE LINES.

At that time I have met with Ms MEGHA ([protected]) at study centre in MILE & she has taken the responsibility and given me assurance for January exams which will be held in January 2012 & will call me. I was following up with Neha for the same & every time she told me she will tell me the right time for collection of admit card. I have never got any call from neha & finally i had called to my Faridabad centre Mr. Manoj Jha ([protected]) just to share my problem then he told me that the last day for the submission of form has already gone, I told him the whole story he suggested me to talk at MILE & asked them to know the status then i called again to neha on 20th November, But she did not pick my call, then on 21st i called her again, she told me for a visit at their study centre (MILE KHARADI, PUNE) on 22nd November with some documents (Appointment letter, Photo, Company ID etc.) I went their ,then she told me to write a letter for a reason of LC/EC transfer. I have written a letter then she demand me a DD of 500/-, I was surprise and told her that as per my understanding the DD is not required (Till that time i was thinking about my preparation for January exams), I immediately called Mr. Piyush just to know about the DD requirement, He told you have nothing to do at centre, then I told him the whole story about November , At that moment he told me I will try for your January exams, then I shocked & I said TRY !, He told me, because last date has gone I can’t do anything other than try for January & he stood MILE responsible for all this.
At that point of time I was totally monk & full of anger, But I have nothing to do.

BECAUSE OF HEAVY TRAFFIC I WAS LATE ON MY FIRST EXAM OF PROGRAMMING IN C (MC0061) FOR THIRTEEN(13) MINUTES , EXTERNALS HOLD ME IN APPEARING THE EXAM THOUGH I HAD MAKE SO MANY REQUESTS. HE TOLD ME THAT AFTER 10 MINUTES OF DELAY OF STARTING EXAM ONE CANNOT APPEAR.
BUT SADLY IN MY NEXT PAPER I SAW THAT ONE STUDENT CAME AFTER A DELAY OF 60 MINUTES, EXTERNALS GAVE HIM HIS SEAT FOR APPEAR IN THE EXAM.

THE EXTERNAL CALLED S.M.U CONTROL ROOM FOR MY APPEARANCE IN EXAMINATION BUT FOR THE ANOTHER STUDENT HE DID NOT EVEN CONFIRMED FROM S.M.U CONTROL ROOM FOR HIS APPEARANCE.

I enrolled for BA eng hons via SMU's distance learning center in Harinagar, Delhi. The representative 'Kamal' who was more than interested in getting me an admission in SMU distance learning is not even answering my calls regarding the study material i am supposed to be getting. Before admission, when I made an enquiry as to how it works etc, she called me atleast twice a day and later she is not even answering my calls. Before admissions I asked very clearly when I'll be getting the study material, to which she said, same day when you deposit money for admission you'll get the study material. I got an admission on 25august2011 and to my shock after I paid the fees and all, she said that the study material is not available right now and I'll have to come to collect it when they inform me that it has now arrived. I was disappointed because it was the same person who told me before that she has the material at the center and would give it to me the same day. I've made coutless number of attempts to get my study material for the course for which exams are going to be held in january2012. We're in october2011 now and I still don't have the study material. She also told me in the beginning that She kept saying dont worry soon you'll get the material. My las phone call shocked me the most. God knows whether its true or a lie but some other girl answered my phone when I called Kamal's personal phone number. She said Kamal is busy and that my study material is not there with them because accidently they ordered books for ba pass. Oh my God, does it even happen at govt offices any more?? Such incompetence! And the fact that these centers are still associated with Sikkim manipal university makes me to believe that Sikkim Manipal itself has no intentions to sort things for people who believe they're dealing with brands and the experience is just pathetic. Sikkim manipal univ management has nowhere on their website where we can get answers to our questions or there is no complaints procedure for their incompetent distance learning centers. What if I get my study material in nov/dec or if I dont get it at all, what will happen to my exams and the money that I've paid. They are not even telling me if I can buy the study material elsewhere if they can tell me the syallabus and the books that I should buy for examinations. My frustration cannot be expressed in words I must say...

I enrolled in MCA course from Learning Centre lucknow of Sikkim Manipal University, mode was distance learning in 2009. My Roll no is[protected].

After that I made my transfer in Learning Centre Meerut and that time I submitted new application for MScIT as well without hiding my MCA course. My MScIT roll no is[protected].

Now my result of the last semester of both degree courses are on hold.



Request you to let me complete my both degree courses. I need help from your side.



I believe that this is unfair after providing permission to complete both degree courses both results are on hold.

i had joined Sikkim Manipal university for MBA with letteral entries, and get my ID card on25th Nov 2010, my Roll Number is[protected]. i am confirm that i cant be fail in all subject, but they fail me in all subject, after that they ask 200 Rs for each subject as back paper, i am not redy to deposit the single amount for same semester, becose for two semester i had alredy deposited 18000 Rs to them, kindly do needful and arrange my money back or make me pass in all subject,

This is with reference to result of Bcom Financial Planning - 2nd semester.

Result is showing as N/A. When I checked with the SMUDE department, they told that the learning center had not submitted IA marks.

But when I checked with LC, they said it has already submitted.

Request you to look into this issue and help me by publishing my 2nd semester result at ASAP.

I wasted money and as well as my career time my taking admission into such university.In august 2010, I took admission for MCA in Vidya System Learning Center of Bangalore.They were very nice to me during admission,once they got money in their pockets they showed me their actual face.The materials provided by this University are just waste,they mean nothing, lots of data given in materials are incorrect, plus there is no knowledge in it. They have just copied topics from any browser and almost each and everything is incorrect. Whenever I call the learning center the principal known as RADHA mam says there is no faculty for any subject. Since an year I had been calling them and they always gave 100's of excuses.They don't provide Lectures neither they clear doubts. For an year the faculty is absent or faculty is busy. There is also Shaileja Mam who says she can teach programming subjects.When I ask her simple program to check her knowldge ,she could'n do it. She don't even know the topics in Java . She says she never heard it. She says she don't even know Algorithm subjects. And the people in this learning centers tell me that "why do you want to clear doubts just try to border pass anyways it depends upon luck." And they talk to me very rudely.When I called main SMU HELP DESK ,the people at help desk said that they are not responsible for learning centres. We take admission into SMU and they are not responsible for any irregularities .Isn't it ridiculous?? They gave me Karnataka education manager number.They provided 2 numbers.Out of that one number was not of that manager. It was some one else from the university .They fooled me.Secondly,the other number was picked up by that manager but even he did not take any action rather he was also rude to me saying that I should go to learning center.But,Whenever I go to learning center,the mam says don't come here.Whenever I call Learning centers,they say don't call again and again.They never give proper response.They send messages where its written "get one student for admission and we will pay u Rs.500."
This people are playing with me.Where should I complain ?? No matter how polite I am with them, each and every person is rude and fraud here.They took so much of money for admission and semester fees but in return they gave nothing.Please don't join this university.Please don't join this Learning Center.And if any one o[censored] can help me by telling me is there any place left to complain about this people and who can take right action and help me out to do right thing then please do reply here.Thank you.

I have joined Sikkim manipal university distance education program me with high hopes.
but I'm facing a lots of problems. They have sent a letter to me on 28/06/2011 saying my 2nd Semester admission is rejected. And reason they have mentioned as provisional which is not understandable to me. I tried my best to get the details from my study center but its of no use. I did my admission before 5 months. So i here by sincerely requesting you to help me. My promotion and transfer both is pending for the same reason. Kindly help.

This complaint is from the student of HALO TECHNOLOGIES persuing MBA from SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY. We had faced a serious issued in 4th Semester. Our Exams was so good. We had expected a good result. But when the result was declared, more than 80% students failed in one common subject,i.e MB0037 - International Business Management. All o[censored]s had not expected that the result will be negative. All o[censored]s then had a word with the concellor of HALO TECHNOLOGIES from where we all are persuing MBA Programe to ask for a justice. We told them to talk to univeristy to make a correction in the result. The concellor of HALO TECHNOLOGIES from Dadar Br. & Thane br. has replied us that all the failed student put their result for reverification & ensured us that the result will be positive. Most of the students had put their result for reverification. But the result was same in Re-verification too. By seeing a negative result all the students had lose thier faith from SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY. They are just spoiling the students carrier & life and only doing a business to earn more income. Even we did not got any positive response from HALO TECHNLOGIES.

We all request to take necessary action against the said university.

We also want to pass this message to all the people. Don't do any of the course or programe from SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY and do not refer to any of the student to persure the program from the said university.

It is to inform you that I have completed my MBA in 2008-09. My Registration number is[protected]. Now I have applied for any other course in Choudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa to continue my further studies and they are demanding a Migration Certificate. Thereafter, I had applied for the migration certificate and already sent , the requisite Demamd Draft as a fee amounting Rs. 200/- on dated 28.01.2011 vide DD No. 590439. But sorry to say...

I had completed my degree course MCA in july-2009 session, But till a one & half year passes the degree certificate is not provided to me by the study center o[censored]niversity, which is located at dharamshala (kangra), named as SIMT & centre code is 02926, i asked Director for my degree but till date they did not provide my degree, this cause me mental stress & almost many important job opportunities, so i request you to please provide some guidance & take necessary action in this regards. I checked my certificate details on SMU website. the certificate is delivered to related study centre located at dharamshala named as SIMT. But the Director told me that he did not have me degree received till date. So kindly take some strictand necessary action.
