Siliguri Cab Services — Proper car service not provided & taken full amount on arrival | |||
Siliguri cab services (Mr rajat) bagdogra was not provided service properly to my customer in siliguir. On 16 jan 2017 he has taken full amount from party on arrival. From second day onwards (17 jan) not provide proper service. There after on 18 jan my customer waiting for cab to proceed to futher journey but mr rajat (Siliguri cab service) not provided car and not answering call from morning 4.00 am we are making call or msg to him. He only saying cab will reach till 9.00 am my customer is waiting at hotel lobby. But car not reached. There after from that date to till now he was not transfered amount of rs. 23, 500/-. He was giving different reason firstly on 18 jan he said i was added your ac into my internet banking or my office will be going deposit amt. From 19 jan onwards he was not answering call or replying my msgs. From that day to tilll now he was not refuned amount of rs 23500 or also not answering call. Monday (6 feb) he said that driver is not refunding amount. Later he said driver coming today at his office. But mr rajat not answering calling or not responding msg also. My concern is that i have given booking ot siliguri cab service mr rajat he is responsible to refund the amount not other person. Was this information helpful? | |||

Worst experience by the car service..
Took the money for big car and provided with small cars like alto and wagonR. The travel service is a big fraud. Please don't rent this car service if you wish to visit gangtok and darjeeling..
They will loot ur pockets to the fullest.. And give you the worst possible service...
Adding to it they are never punctual..
I request you to plan your tour yourself rather than making booking from such people..local Taxis are easily available from the source station for sightseeing and at much cheaper rates..
I would give a big zero in the rating here.. But the option is not there.. Such was an experience with this company..
