Rajat of Siliguri Cab Servicees is a fraudster. He asks for advance. After taking advance, he disappears. We had paid him advance of Rs.10K on 06.05.17 for our trip to Gangtok. He did not provide service. Rather upon Police intervention, he was forced to return some amount. We spoiled our entire trip. He used slang on phone. Never responded on phone.
