Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd. — Xpad freedom tablet blacked out within 3 months | |||
I am residing in Mysore, Karnataka. I had purchased a tablet of Simmtronics XPAD, vide Buyer's Order No. 11702556_01, Invoice No. NTPL/RI/NP/13-14/149 dated December 7, 2013. Till now the tablet was working fine but suddenly the display got black out and now the tablet is not working. I contacted the customer service center and came to know that there is no service center available yet in Mysore; though, I have gone to their service center which has now been shut down in the area. I am following up regularly for the past 1 month and the customer representative is repeatedly saying that negotiation is going on with the service center people at Mysore. But now that it has been a long time and there seems to be no reply as well as no early solution to this problem. Hence, it is requested that let me know the solution of this or replace the tablet.
