Complaint regarding samsung adapter.. I had gone for the replacement of samsung adapter sa 60 at hans plaza ambedkar road ghaziabad which is under one year of warranty. It was 29 june 2017 and the owner of the service center said that it would be available in 3 days. But now today which is 11 july 2017 14 days have passed and i haven't got my adapter. Whenever i call the owner of simmtronic service center at hans plaza he would say that it will the come the next day and so on. I have called him atleast 10-15 times within these 14 days but the answer remains the same. So i would request you to look into this matter and get my adapter replaced as soon as possible.
