@getsimpl Cashback/offers/ are fake 🤥 as per my current transaction(@JioCare mobile recharge 2999)and now I regret, they said 5% for the 1st mobile recharge but still no and update from the customer care after the followup.
This is nothing but directly fooling the customers without mentioning proper terms and conditions for the cashback.
They need to mention while processing the payment that this account/number is not eligible nor didn't met the criteria.
Worst service from the customer care and spoke with (Bhuvesh and rupesh) they don't have proper knowledge to solve the issue, they just do copy and paste that's it. Was this information helpful? |
