They are threatening me to do the payment or they will make a scene it seems

Putting me under trauma with their payment due phone calls 3 times a day and during nightSimpl is a fraudulent platform .

Simpl pay is calling me every day for due payment of Rs 3300 since 1st Nov23 for a transaction on big basket on the 26th Oct 23. I have not done any transaction after Sep23 on big basket app which I have on my mobile [protected]. Earlier also I got a call for Rs 787 and I was not sure that I had not shared my OTP with anyone so I just paid and cleared the due assuming I will not commit any mistake. Then within few days they started calling again with another transaction that I have not done neither any of my relatives have done.

@getsimpl Cashback/offers/ are fake 🤥 as per my current transaction(@JioCare mobile recharge 2999)and now I regret, they said 5% for the 1st mobile recharge but still no and update from the customer care after the followup.
This is nothing but directly fooling the customers without mentioning proper terms and conditions for the cashback.

They need to mention while processing the payment that this account/number is not eligible nor didn't met the criteria.

Worst service from the customer care and spoke with (Bhuvesh and rupesh) they don't have proper knowledge to solve the issue, they just do copy and paste that's it.

Hello Boultm, Simpl what are the problem with you guy's

i have orderd a product from boult audio using Simpl Pay Later (I don't have account in Simpl), after that i have cancelled that order and it is returned
now the Simpl still asking for the payment.

when i contacted Simpl they said
"As specified by Boult Audio, all the issues regarding the transactions are to be directed to them. Since cancellations, quality issues, refunds, and changes in the status of the transactions can only be done by the merchant."

Okay then i contacted Boult audio they said this "We would like to inform you that we do not have any cancellation and return policy."

so what ?
How can you say that ! you must need a cancellation and return policy
The product is not delivered to me, then how do I make payment to Simpl for no reason ?

Simpl pay latter website in which I have paid ₹ 9535 due but they are not updating It as paid. Instead they are sending notifications that I have not paid. I sent screen shot of the payment. I had done my recharge for airtel number the amount is deducted from simpl wallet but the recharge is still not reflected

Not sure who they are. I have never used their product or service. daily they are sending mails like this. Pls save me. This is why people of India are commiting suicide due to mental torchar and harresment
