[Resolved]  Singer India — Never buy a Singer Product-Its waste of money and time both, Mixer-Grinder Not working, No support by customer care and technician

I Bought Mixer-Grinder Model No: MG 46 on 15th Sept 2014 and its been just 20 Days it not working.I visited the shop and complained to shop keeper but he said we can`t do anything you need to register complaint against this on Customer Care Cell which i did, they had register the complaint and given me a complaint no : 15584 ad said our technician shall visit you in 7 Working Days. Its really the thing you need trice in day to prepare food shall get repair after 7 Days till the you think what you have to do as you are left with no option to wait. After 2 days of my complaint no one had visited so again I called up the Customer Care and given my complaint no then said its JUST BEEN 2 DAYS of your complaint and you need to wait for another few days, when i changed my tome then she has given me a technician no; Ramesh - [protected]. I called him up and made him the issue in our Mixer-Grinder the he said he will visit us in evening but he didn`t. Nest day i was waiting that he may come today but still he didn`t so 3rd day i called him and asked whether he is coming or not so he told there some more complaint in my area and he will visit after 2 Days. I called him after 2 days then he said he will come tomorrow by 8 AM but it was 10:30 AM and he didn`t come so again i called him up and he said i am on the way, finally he came my place and repaired only both Jars. Several times i asked him to open the Mixer and repair but he told its working now i told him no this is the only problem sometime it works automatically and some time some time stop functioning but he didn`t care and left saying now everything is ok. Its been just 2 Days when he repaired and again today its not working so i called him up and told him the issue but he said HE CAN ONLY VISIT AFTER DIWALI till then what to do moreover it DIWALI now and we need it for cooking dishes. I have been trying to reach their customer care no-[protected] from last 1 hour but it always says the number you are trying to reach is busy please try later continuously. Please Never buy a Singer Product-Its waist of money and time both.Do share this post of social sites so people shall not buy there products and face problem and mental harassment.
