[Resolved]  Singer India — Poor product/ services response

It’s the worst experience for buying Singer product. I purchased Singer FP 57 on 26th Nov 2013 from GIP Noida vide invoice 107372 of even date. For the very first time, the juicer was used to extract carrot juice on 4th Dec 2013, but unfortunately the centre rod got deattached from juicer while extracting. The complaint was lodged on 5th Dec 2013 on your customer care centre having ref no 6896 with assurance that some from services would call upon within 72 hours to visit your place but no response as of today. I had a Inalsa processor which went without any complaint for 8 years, the company was called for general services for which response was really prompt. With this sort of service backup of brand like SINGER is a sorry affair. One will have to think in future for going into any Singer product.
