urgent complaint regarding defective gas stove immediate resolution required

On 14/08/2025, I purchased a Singer 3-burner gas stove. Unfortunately, out of the three burners, two burners are not working properly due to regulator issues.

I lodged a complaint on 24/08/2025 through my registered mobile number [protected]. Since then, I have been continuously following up with your customer care. While they respond to my calls, no technician has been provided and the issue remains unresolved even after repeated...

Dear Team,
We bought new Singer ceiling fan and found defective as speed not controlled i.e. either slow or fast automatically and noise is also there.
I contact to service center and register a complaint under complaint no. HR1710274 and after two days technician of Divyanshi Enterprises, Hisar come to my home and check the fan and found this fan is not working properly and carry the fan to service center with the commitment to re-install within 1-2 days after resolving this issue or replace this fan.
But today after a week time, Service Center Manager Mr. Rohit Sharma (Mobile no. [protected]) is not taking call, and their service center is also locked.

Now it seems my fan is got stolen. This is very very poor service of Singer India.

I request you to please check and resolve this issue and arrange to replace my fan at the earliest possible. Your prompt response is highly appreciated.

    Hi, myself Ravi from Bengaluru. I ordered spares of sewing machine on 21st September 2023 and made online payment. I'm not able to track the status of my order. I tried to get it resolved through customer care support. Until now 7th of October contacted and enquired about my order 3 times. Every time I call them, they say that the concerned person from dispatch section will call me back within 24 hours. But till now they are not at all responding. Same customer executive called me to check whether I got a call from their side. I even raised a complaint through email, there is no where they would reply to it my order ID is 351332. I don't know how this website helps in resolving this issues. Hope they my order gets delivered.

          I have purchased a Singer 141G-20 cea from sri Kumar syndicate berhampur on 15 april 2021 and after usage of 20 days i face a issue regarding ( Thread breaking issue) and raise a company with the dealer but no one responded yet and complained several times about the issue but none of them have responded to me and I felt very bad about that and left.

          Now I am writing this to you to take acton with high priority on this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                          Sir i have purchased Singer Gas stove from Flipkart after using it for some days the gas stove started to burn from its bottom this is the first time, the second and the third time when i use to ignite one burner the other one automatically catches fire.
                          I have complained to singer and every time they send a technician to repair the same but it is temporary again the problem started.
                          My concern is that the product is defective and it is under warranty of two years i have requested singer to replace the product.
                          It is a very serious Hazard for me and my family while using this unsafe cookware.
                          Kindly look into this matter it will be very helpful to me and my family.

                            regret to write that, i have purchased electric kettle aroma on 17/06/2021 through flipkart.
                            But it not working now no power supply no heat.(invoice copy attached here with)

                            so please replace it at the earliest, informed earlier.
                            And product is under warranty.

                            Regret to write that i expected this is a big electric brand but it failed.Singer company ka ghatiya mal, ghatiya service.

                                  My OTG is under warranty and its timer is not working and it is switch off in 5-6 minutes. On 21st Nov 21 I have lodged complaint with singer india online & get confirmation from Singer. Again I have gave 2 reminder on 7th Dec & 30th Dec 21, Till I have not received any response from Singer.
