Hi, myself Ravi from Bengaluru. I ordered spares of sewing machine on 21st September 2023 and made online payment. I'm not able to track the status of my order. I tried to get it resolved through customer care support. Until now 7th of October contacted and enquired about my order 3 times. Every time I call them, they say that the concerned person from dispatch section will call me back within 24 hours. But till now they are not at all responding....

Produced loud sound, everytime in use break the dahaga and not in proper work....

I purchased the Mixer Grinder Duro+ model 3 weeks ago. It is not working. It appears the electrical switch is not working.
I purchased from M/s Bansal Enterprizes, Deedwanaoli, Gwalior M.P...

I have purchased a Singer 141G-20 cea from sri Kumar syndicate berhampur on 15 april 2021 and after usage of 20 days i face a issue regarding ( Thread breaking issue) and raise a company with the dealer but no one responded yet and complained several times about the issue but none of them have responded to me and I felt very bad about that and left.

Now I am writing this to you to take acton with high priority on this issue...

My foot rest have changed by yr employee Mr Adil at agra in Nov 22 but now machine give error code e 7 not working Mr Adil not attending my call...

Washing Machine Dryer Broken...

I bought two zircon led fans one is not working at all after installation and one is making a lot noise.
I have filled complaint 3 times but no response so far look for this please...

Item is not working... Warrenty is still now...

Singer sweing was not working it was stucking whlie cloth stitching...

I bought singer sewing machine promise 1408 on 08/05/2022.But at present it is out of order. Please sir provide a technician to resolve such problem....

1) Timing issue
2)Needle position wrongly.
3)Don't stitches correct zigzag.
4)Hard clothing stitches is broken needle threads....

Sir i have purchased Singer Gas stove from Flipkart after using it for some days the gas stove started to burn from its bottom this is the first time, the second and the third time when i use to ignite one burner the other one automatically catches fire.
I have complained to singer and every time they send a technician to repair the same but it is temporary again the problem started.
My concern is that the product is defective...

Sir/mam,
regret to write that, i have purchased electric kettle aroma on 17/06/2021 through flipkart.
But it not working now no power supply no heat.(invoice copy attached here with)

so please replace it at the earliest, informed earlier.
And product is under warranty.

Regret to write that i expected this is a big electric brand but it failed.Singer company ka ghatiya mal, ghatiya service.br...

Kettle is not working for two days .it is as under warranty....

My OTG is under warranty and its timer is not working and it is switch off in 5-6 minutes. On 21st Nov 21 I have lodged complaint with singer india online & get confirmation from Singer. Again I have gave 2 reminder on 7th Dec & 30th Dec 21, Till I have not received any response from Singer....

Doesn't heat as much as other gives...

Model No. 1409 Singer Machine is still running and it is running with 2 years guarantee so change it sir...

I purchased a merit sewing machine from CSD Canteen during 2018. It was not working for last 06months. I complaint numerous time but no action has been taken by customer care team of singer India Ltd. Every time they assured to send mechanic to rectify the defects. But no one was visited so far. Really pathetic the service of singer India ltd.
Hope you can understand my problems and difficulties...
