Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that I am four year old customer of singla automobile using three vehicle purchased from singla auto. Today i go to singla automobile to attend my passion bike NO. DL 9S AF1468 for repair and maintenance.Supervisor Mr. Jitendra dont give me the details about insurence claim and .When i goto the contact to the Manager.He was found busy in lunch from 13:00 hrs to 14:30.That was too much shameful.Superwiser give me the time for complete my job 13:00 hrs and I received my vehiclec at 14:30 Hrs in incomplete repair position.Finally vehicle cluch and break setting found disturbed.When i asked to the supervisor, he treated in insulting manner.Here I would like to know whatever we mean to customer and customer service.I received my
vehicle in faulty position.
