[Resolved]  Singla Automobiles — without intimetion change some major parts of bike no. DL9SX5762 by Singhla Automobile Service New Delhi

Dear Sir Madam.
I want to inform you that in last month I had gave my hero Honda bike to singhla automobile service Naseer Pur-New Delhi for repair in accidental insurance claim. My bike was accident from front side by an other bike. Regarding this I had made a estimate of damage parts of bike by singhla automobile and submit it to my insurance company, after that the surveyor of my insurance company come to service-station for survey. finaly on 30th of jan. 2011sunday i got a mobile call form singla automobile that my bike was repaired, and come to collect it. When I go in singhla automobile , I was very surprise that there are so many coastally parts of my bike had changed without my intimation although all that’s parts is in well condition , Name of bike parts--

1. Front wheel (that’s not approved by surveyor)
2. Lock set (that was also well)
3. both back side socker ( although bike was not accident in back side and both socker was in well condition and also not in estimate bill )
4.fort right side indicator( that was not any touch)
5.bettery of bike is not available in bike( although battery was attached in bike)
and all old part of bike is not available in workshop . And says that we sold all old parts in last week. But i assume that they (workshop management) exchange my original bike parts with another bike. They show us very damage socker of another bike for my old bike socker.

By this type of service by singhla automobile I got extra lost near bout five thousand that is a very big cost for me. I also inform you that I got damage my left leg and hand in this accident and not able to in walk condition. I am depended to another for go workshop, after that singhla automobile has call so many times in workshop.

Now I am requesting you that look toward the matter and solve my problem as early as possible because my insurance claim is also pending without final bill.
