[Resolved]  Singla Automobiles — non inclusion of points in goodlife passport

I ASHISH KUMAR,have goodlife passport bearing No.[protected], valid from 08.12.2010 to 07.12.2013. My complaint is that after renewal of my earlier goodlife passport the previous numbers have not been correctly carried forward to my new passport mentioned above. Apart from this my subsequent points earned through servicing/buying parts have also been not included. It is pertinent to mention that during servicing, the staff insisted to come later with these bills and they will include all the points consolidated earned through servicing/buing parts. Now on visiting to their show Room namedSINGHLA AUTOMOBILIES, they stated that the numbers which are two months older cannot be included. In view of this it is requested to include the numbers earned by me through servicing/buying parts given below, so that I may not suffer the consequence of fault made by others.The details of numbers earned by me are given below. (i)Point of previous passport is 5666 .(ii)bill amount is Rs112 paid on 08.12.2010 on a/o buying parts (iii)bill amount is Rs 354 paid on 08.12.2010 (iv) bill amount is Rs37 paid on 23.03.2011 on a/o buying parts(v)bill amount is Rs 369 paid on 30.04.2011 (vi)bill amount is Rs 200 paid on 02.07.2011 (vii)bill amount is Rs33 paid on03.09.2011 on a/o purchase of parts.
