Now, there are some cracks in the tank, due to which tank is leaking.

We are sending the invoice copy along with tank pic, kindly send your person to check and do the needful.

S are leaking of water at bottom, so please send technician for repair of sintex water tanks 5000 liters capacity 2 no. S. At our site. I purchased one 1000 ltr and two 500 ltr water tanks from your authorised dealer M/s Daga & Company, behind Mandi, power house road, Ratlam (m.p.) during Jan'17. On 25/12/17, I found water leaking from 1000 ltr water tank from a hole above bottom of which video is attached. The dealer had given me 3 years guarantee/warranty of the products i purchased. On complaining he advised me to lodge complaint on your site. Hence i lodging complaint on your site.

I had puchased reno water tank from M/s. Daga, behind mandi, ratlam(m.p.) in Jan'17. I find tank is leaking above bottom from a very narrow hole. The video of the leakage is attached. The seller gave me guarantee/warranty for 3 years at the time of purchase but now he is asking to solve the matter from you directly. Kindly arrange to replace/repair the tank at the earliest.

The tank was purchased in 2010. The capacity is 1000 ltrs and double layered.
It started leaking from the side walls towards the bottom. As a result the water completly is getting emptied. When i lodged complaint in the customer care on[protected], wednesday, i was assured that the technician will contact me within 48 hours. Unfortunately, even till this date and time nobody has attended the complaint. More over, the customer care service is not available on holidays, whenever, i tried to contact the message tells that "all our agents are currently busy in handling other customer queries, your call is very important to us, kindly hold the line while our agent attend shortly". This i understand is a false message (Fooling the customer), as the same message was repeating continuously for a long time and even when i tried several different times of the day and different days. It is a kind of cheating the customers in the name of customer care support..

We have purchased 2 nos of 15 kl capacity sintex teflon coated black water tanks on[protected] vide purchase order no. 6038 / pur. I/2007/9.11.2007 for a sum of rs. 1, 21, 783.81 /- each tank.
On[protected] one tank positioned over the building top burst suddenly at around 4.00 am. The reason for damage could not be identified at our end.

We herewith sending the photographs of the incident. Kindly, arrange to depute your local service personnel to trace out the fault and for further action.

I purchased one 1000 lit. sump and 500 lit white Sintex tanks and installed the same on 13th of this month. In the black sump tank the top lit was found broken and the same has been returned to the dealer (Joshi & Joshi of Trichy, TamilNadu) for replacement.
This matter has been informed to your Sales Executive of Trichy area Mr. Veeramalai and he has assured to replace the same.
But I could receive no lid so far. So kindly arrange for the replacement immediately. The tank is in open condition. Pl. help me Sir.

Request your help. This is pure case of cheating. Its been hardly nine months we have purchased this sintex renotuff 1000 ltrs. He gave us renotuff, the dealer. Not willing to replace. I have paid cash and it is faulty. We have massive water problem. Dealer is not cooperating. Head office in mumbai saying we cant do anything. What is this. Why should i suffer for this manufacturing defect.
I wanted plain sinter. Dealer said reno tuff is good, but reno tuff given to understand is having defects. While delivering it was not looking that appealing. Even i asked him is it used one???. Kindly help and replace as we cant afford to buy another tank at this point of time. It is very saddening. Trust is broken. I still have faith in this brand and looking forward for your support.

We had ordered 9 plastic pallets for our warehouse in andheri, of model pnr 4 hs 0709 - 01 and pnr[protected] by paying full payment in advance and the same was delivered on 5th october, but the quality of the pallets which were received was very poor and 1 was broken too. It looks as i[censored]sed pallets were supplied to us with bends on the plain top and scratches. On email conversation we were said that the new pallets are under production, and it will take some time to get delivered. It surprises that such big company do not keep sufficient pallet in stock. Though we are following up continuously via email and phone with sintex we have not yet received any solution to this.

I purchase a sintex tank from indri three years ago. The capacity of the tank is 1000 ltrs. Now two or three days ago i found there is a leakage in the tank. I contact to the shopkeeper for this because this tank is in warranty as confirm by the shopkeeper at the time of purchase.

Every day we go there for this grievance and he gave the vague reply. Pls look in to the matter and help in the same to avoid any legal complications.

I have purchased two sintex water tank capacity 500 liters from coronation mercantile, 11 j. C. Bose marg, lucknow on[protected]. After the installation it was found that one tank is crack about 5 inches at 1 and 1/2 fit below from the top. So i complaint to change it at your local office as well as the shop where i purchased it. But mr. Ravi verma, sales manager of your co. Has sent his technician for repairing. I have totally denied for repairing i want to change it but mr. Verma said that at mean time i have repaired it and your proposal of replacement has sent to head office for further direction.In this respect, i have spoken many times to mr. Verma but more than one month has passed; still no action has been taken in this matter.
Therefore i request you to please give the direction to related person to change my one defective tank as early as possible.

I have recently purchased 2 sintex black coloured tanks from the authorized distributor m/s. Ajanta chemicals. On delivery of the same to my residence it was found the tanks were old and suffered from manufacturing defects. Even after my repetitive follow ups on mail there is no response from the company.

Thus, anyone who is planning to buy water tanks please avoid the branch sintex.

I am very disturb from ur services. I have complain many times to ur agent and distibuters but there is no response. Plz solve ma problem as soon as possile. Problem with 2-year old sintex water tank

I bought a 500 litre sintex tank 2 years back (In 2009). It has started leaking water and even my plumber checked the pipe connections and it seems the tank is leaking. I called sintex chennai office about the same and it seems they repair only tanks above 1000 lit. Their solution is i should buy another tank. Shouldn't they stand by their product. I faxed a complaint to their kalol fax number with my contact details and they didn't even respond. Very bad service and bad quality products.

I have purchased 2 sintex water tank for my house from sintex authorized distributor of cuttack i. E m/s. The bhagabati emporium, whose tin no. Is [protected]. On 23.02.11. I have paid all the amount that is rs. 9778 in the counter, but the chopkeeper has cheated me and given me a broken sintex tank from mouth which i have found when i received it in my house. Now the shopkeeper is not listening anything and neither he is returning the money nor he is interested in repairing the part. Now i have no choice left with me as he has delivered a broken item which i could not help it. Now please tell me what should i do to get rid of the shopkeeper and company,

I have purchased a 1000lit tank from taneja paints n hardware, rameash market near sapne cinema. On 6 oct 2009at 3:49 pm with bill no[protected]. They had told us tat it has guaranty for 5 yrs, now tat we complaining to them they are refusing to replace. Tank is for rs 3954 and they expect us not ask for a new tank that too such a famous company sintex. I want u to look forward and take an action... I need a new tank as i was told earlier tat it has 5 yrs guaranty.
