I purchased a Sintex 1000 LTR water tank from Aggarwal Trading Company, Mukerian (Invoice No: C1806, Date:[protected], Total Amount: ?11, 000 including GST).
After installation on the rooftop, the tank has developed a major structural defect. As visible in the attached images:
1) The side wall of the tank has cracked/broken
2) A hole has formed in the body, causing leakage
3) The material appears weak and unable to handle normal usage conditions
4) The tank is not safe for water storage
This issue has occurred within a short period of normal use, which indicates a manufacturing defect or poor material quality.
I request:
-Immediate inspection
-Replacement or refund
