Sir Ganga Ram Hospital — Misbehaving | |
Respected Sir, I have been treating me and my family for years in your prestigious hospital Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. I never felt humiliated as today's ( i.e. 25.09.2021) incident by one the receptionists attending at Ultra Sound counter. Actually I was wearing a mask so I was not audible in the same way mam was also wearing mask so I couldn't hear her properly. So I tried to go another side to confirm what she said. You will be surprised to hear her statement she told me " andar hi aa kar baith jao". Nobody would expect such sort of misbehaving from a reputed Hospital like Sir Ganga Ram Hopital. There are so many patients who come from so far they might have some language problem but the way she reacts to them is inappropriate. I know public dealing is difficult but I myself deal with public but like the way she does. My humble request to you kindly train her in proper manner and I want apology from her side.
