MRI

Sir, I had an MRI done on January 29. I had spoken to the staff there. They had said that they will send the report on mail but I have not received my report on mail yet. On speaking to the staff there, I came to know that you should talk to us after a day or two when we will send it.I live in Agra. I will have to come from Agra to Delhi for the report. I request you to please send my MRI report to the mail.

On March 18, 2024, I had taken my father Mr. Tufail Ahmed Khan for prostate treatment to Dr. Vipin Tyagi Sir. He asked for operation and in the same process, before the operation, he asked to get a urine bag fitted in urodymanics room no. 24, in which Deposited the fixed fee of approximately Rs 3480/- for the bag at the counter and received the receipt. And to get the bag fitted, I met Mr. Rajkumar ji of the staff. He asked me for Rs. 2100/- and said that the medicine will be given. Seeing my father's condition, I gave him Rs. 2100/-. Later, I came to know from the family members of other patients in Room No. 24 that he Also Rs 2100/- has been taken. When I asked about this at the counter of room no. 24, they told that apart from Rs 3480/- no other money is taken. It doesn't matter to us who took it from you. After this, after the operation, on 30/03/2024, as per the instructions of Dr. Vipin Tyagi ji, I again reached room no. 24 to get my father's urine bag removed, After depositing fixed fee of removal approx 2840/- ₹ there again the staff member Rajkumar asked for Rs 1000/- in the name of medicine, but I refused. But he started misbehaving due to which we felt that it could create a problem in removing the bag, so on the advice of my father, I gave Rs. 800/- which was also being watched by the family members of other patients. It was very sad to see that even in such a big private institution, bribery is prevalent like in government institutions. I request the hospital management to take action against Rajkumar and get my money back.

    Abha, ek bahut gandi doctor hai. Yeh sirf business Lana janti hai apne aur Gangaram ke liye.
    Hume isne 8 mahine torture kia 7 lakh se zyada money waste Kara dia.
    Har kissi ko dual stimulation deke rupee nikal wati hai. 3 embryo top quality ke baad bhi yeh conceive nahi kara payi aur koi test nhi Kiya ki failure kyon ho rhe. Hamare dreams khtm kar dia, middle class ke humara sab money waste kar dia.

    My mother was brought to the hospital for excessive bleeding on 9.8.2023. I went to the hospital in morning at 6.30 am and was standing whole day. Whenever I tried to sit, security used to force my to keep standing. When I requested the said security Mr. Mohsin Khan that it is not possible to stand whole day. He started misbehaving and his behaviour was so rude, I felt very low. He forced my to go out of the building. We pay huge money to the hospital for treatment and associated service. Whether management is that much unprofessional. What for we pay. Take strict action.

    Koi matlab nhi inhe ki patient ksa hai, koi discussion nahi karna. Yeh nahi iski junior, fellowship doctor, nurses pura treatment dekhte hai. Yeh Abha bus bluff karti hai. Please please kissi se bhi treatment karao bas iss Abha Manjumdar se nahi. Yeh ekdum sach hai baki aapki margi.

      Dr Ahmed kahn misbehave with me and my patient being knowing the critical condition of the patient . Instead of treating the patient well, he unnecessary argue with me and ill treated in front of whole unit and shouted badly on me .

      being a Dr if he is insane with the attentands, it is traumatic how he deals with the patient. He is not fit to be deputed in such a critical unit as he himself losses his control so easily.

      he should aplogise and will not treat badly with other patients and attendants like this . This may cause a serious harm to patients and their attendants .

        My son is under treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital for last one and half year. This is the third time I have had a very bad experience with a lady who coordinates with Patients and their dependent at F-57 . I generally go to the cardiologist to discuss ECG because he is just 6 years old and is given some medicine for neuropathy pain post discussing ECG with cardiologist. He is getting the treatment from Rhematolgist but the lady Poonam who coordinates with patient at F-57 where the ECO is done is very unprofessional, she is very rude to the people even shout on the customers, she always talks negative with others.I had to consult only ECG with the doctor after waiting for 2 hours when I checked with her how much time will take more she responded very rudely and said you are last in queue and asked me to wait till all the patients are seen because I am not paying for the ECG consultation to the doctor as I was referred by my doctor to consult ECG with Dr. Neeraj.

        This is the third time she shouted and spoke to me very arrogantly even cross questioning me rather than answering to my query.

        Please share the feedback with Poonam or the lady who is coordinator at F-57 in Cardiologist (ECO department). Every indian citizen has right to get respect and no one has right to disrespect anyone.

        I really felt bad about it even my wife told me when I was away for some time she came outside for a minute and searching me and when she did not find me there for few minutes she was using bad language for me.

        Please help to arrange some customer centric training for your staff so that they learn to respect others

          OPD of DR Nijhwan suppose to start at 2 .But there no one sitting in his room G3 .and his attended Mr kailash is not answering properly and even ask us to take our fee back .this kind of behavior in such a big hospital is really shocking. Definitely incident like this are putting the name of hospital down . I am a Lawyer by profession and officer in Government Of India.             There is a refund of Rs 48450-/ to be processed by Ganga ram hospital on 11-Feb however same has not been received till now. now hospital is not able to provide me the update and the timeline when I will receive the funds… pls help

              I gave my car in the vallet but when i came back then i saw that my car right fender is broken.. as i talked there so one of the parking boy was behaving rude then senior comes. Even after senior argues with me firstly and lastly said that “agar humare driver se b hui hogi toh ab m kya karu”
              Like wow is this the solution of that..
              i request to take strict action against them.

                Dear Sir,
                My patient is admitted in HDU Unit 3 and for waiting I sitted at the area beside lift, but one of the security guard only saying to me and not others to not sit here or anywhere i'm going to sit down. Also, if rules are meant for all then why he is providing others the benefit of giving chances to sit and meet for more than 2 person in HDU for same patient. His behaviour was also objectionable as wherever he saw me he is just telling nit to sit here. Why is it so?

                  Mere bete ka naam kartik hai aur isse hernia ki problem thi ganga raam hospital me hernia ka operation hua tha jiss karan se isse 24 hrs admit karana pada day care me isse admit karaya tha but operation ke baad jo nurse ka behaviour tha aur unki service thi woh bilkul poor thi itna paisa dekar bhi service achi nahi mili patient ko room rent 6000₹ tha per day ka aur hum apke sir ganga raam hospital ke nurse staff se unhappy hai and last hum yahi chahate hai ke jald se jald isse improve kiya jaye patient ki care ache se ki jaye uski problem ko aache se suna jaye aur nurse staff bhi ache se behave karre

                    I visited ganga ram hospital in room F40 to Dr sudhir tripathi ( endocrinologists) . But for asking my waiting number, when asking to subordinate staff, irritate him so much that he talk to my mom dad rudely. Date is 27 August 2022 01:00 pm.
                    If you can do any thing to improve him then do it.

                        I have been visiting sir Ganga hospital since 10 months and I had this fantastic experience. However, for the last two months I had to visit the ultrasound dept in Room no. 23 and the practice being followed here, had acquainted me to the reality. There's no system of any appointments or first come first serve basis. Everything is left to the discretion of the staff. I reach 08:30 am sharp and most of the times, I'm the first to reach. Still, they make me wait for several hours. If I ask anything they start misbehaving and telling if you have a problem then you can go. What sort of professional staff behaves like this? The staff of this room is highly arrogant and they lack professionalism. Kindly do the needful.

                          Hi,
                          This is related to Doctor Alpana Prasad. On 11th June at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, she did surgery over my son for Dermoit cyst. As she guided us their was suppose to be a single minute cut to take out the cyst. Our baby was discharged the same day from the hospital and very thing was fine.

                          We visited the hospital after 10 days as per Alpana's advise in general OPD. She didn't even bothered to look at our kid to examine...

                            I have been asked to pay 200 rs for the card which is of no use.when doing registration they have asked us to pay for a card on asking the use they told us this is just for you register purpose.the card is of no use when we are already paying for everything they could have our id saved rather than asking for 200 rs and they have forced us to take it.

                                In this age of digital India, where Leading Hospitals like SGRH are also going digital. We need to be careful about the loop of feedback about the consultations. Without Digitization these feedbacks were mouth to mouth and then people started seeing SGRH as reputed hospital. People across India come to SGRH to seek the opinion because they have heard good words since last so many years. I also heard the feedback from my known in Himachal that in SGRH Doctor listen to the patients disease history and get to the root of the disease. With digitization I find this feedback missing and I feel if any leading body stops improving itself then it looses the chance to be the best. I am sending this email to possibly least unattended and mostly abused email address but I must admit there is a poor feedback mechanism in SGRH in this age of digitzation.

                                In my recent interaction with Dr Manu Gupta, I observed that doctor is working on his pre-determined mindset. My relative coming from Himachal we opted for the tests/sonography prior to the appointment to save time of stay. While we tried explaining the problem that persistence of the disease is something we want Doctor to help with. While we have been operated 2 time and we are facing the problem since last 14 years persistently. We asked doctor to give us opinion/insight about this disease and possible causes about it re-occurrence based on his experience and expertise. While Doctor Manu Gupta was very clear about his thought process to suggest a CTSCAN and then operation. I think Doctor was thinking, if patient can pay 2000 for his consultancy fee then he can pay for CTSCAN as well and then followed by operation. Is it some kind of AI Bot that does same thing every time? We went all the way from Himachal to Delhi for an expert opinion and are least interested in a robotic opinion which is based on the financial status of the patient. Not listening to what patient is saying and not understanding the history of disease is a serious sign of money hawkers.

                                I hope SGRH saves its reputation in coming time by having a proper feedback mechanism. If there can a patient login portal for downloading reports etc then why cant there be a feedback section as well.
