Sir Ganga Ram Hospital — no value of appointments

I took an appointment for dr. Harsh khular on 4th sep 6.10 pm and i was der on d given tym bt d peon did not let me see the dr till 7.20 as she was sending d patients on first come first serve basis.. Its my humble request to look after this matter to avoid d inconvenience caused to patients and save their tym
