Sir Ganga Ram Hospital — private opd - appointment sequence not being followed

I took an appointment in sgrh with dr jm wadhawan at least 5 days prior, so that i get earliest possible appointment. However upon reaching the doctor’s chambers, i discovered that the appointment sequence wasn’t being followed. Upon complaining to the doctor’s pa he tried to justify by saying that it’s going to take only 10 minutes. My appointment time was 10:15am at serial no -3. Patient at serial no-9 went ahead of me.
