Gave car for service with main ac problem. Sudakar from jp nagar branch claims that he had to go to hospital so he could not call and forgot to inform that the ac part is not available. Since the car had crossed 60k kms he did general service and sent back the car. We paid 11.5k unnecessarily without fixing our main ac problem.
We have wasted our money on wrong service for which we dint want to give the car for service at all. While our main ac problem is persisting. Car was delivered today 11/8/17
Sudakar called and is telling us to pay extra for ac part and get some discount on labour.
I don't want to pay money again for your mistake. Get the ac fixed or refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
