I have made a booking to purchase Mahindra BE6 (Tango Red) through Sireesh Auto Bangalore on 15th Feb 2025, with an advance payment of Rs. 21, 000. While the deliveries have commenced since March 20th 2025, I have received no updates from the dealership towards the status of my delivery. Although the sales representative (including Mr.Srinivas, the GM for Sireesh Auto) & CRM (Ms.Yogitha) for Bangalore are in touch with me, they are unable to confirm a delivery date. This is adversely affecting my travel plans and other personal commitments, including the mental agony & anxiety.
I will request intervention of the Consumer forum to prioritise my ask and help compensate for the delay and inconvenience caused thus far.

    I have given my vehicle to repair with Sireesh Auto on 2nd July 2024 at Magadi road Sireesh service centre, till date they have not shared the estimated cost of the repair, or they have given tentative timeline to handover the vehicle.

    It is more than 7 days following with them and No positive response the service centre representatives.

    Now i am currently using private transport to travel offcie daily spending additional expenditure.

    Service is not taking any ownership of delivering my vehicle till date.

      We bought a Bolero from Sireesh auto Madivala on 15 July 2022. We were given a shock that they don't have stock of automatic key and will give it to us shortly. It has been more than 3 months we haven't got any information on the key.
      And no one in the showroom is even receiving the call.

From 5+ years no one resolving issue, just simply paying bills more than 8 k each time. Can you tell me do you have good resources to. Resolve the issue.           We had previously owned 3 Mahindra vehicles and currently own 2 ( old Jeep, scorpio 2010) for which we have had a really great service experience which motivated us to continue with this brand.

          26 may 2022 evening i made a booking for bolero neo n8 in this nonsense showroom by paying of 11000rs to Hdfc bank account and sales manager team leader and agent every one made a promise of delevery will be withing june 15 agent called me june 14 and said sorry sir vehicle delayed for week so i said k not a problem i will wait for 1 more week again that agent called me and said he cant give delivery within month i need 15 days more so i told thats it i cant wait for more if you are interested in delivering the vehicle with week its k give me other wise return my booking amount i will go with other showroom and they asked me details about my bank and give each and every document on date june 28 2022 todays date is 4th july 2022 still no response from showroom but that nonsense teams leader messaged me and said amount already processed in 2nd july and sent some transaction id i visited to bank and check with bank account 1 rs is also credited to my account after that he is saying that 9900 rs will credit today why 9900 i asked him 1100 is cancellation charges from showroom side he told me when i visited the showroom team leader maneger every one said 100 percent refund but now they are telling 10% will be thier charge what is this is this they are giving respect to customer what they are doing 1100rs means what is this is their any sense booking amount is 11000 for that 10 percent will cancellation charges i need full amount back otherwise i will go to consumers court i will file complnt on this bloody showroom 11000 is not a big deal for me but they were making fraudulent so want resolved in 24 hours otherwise i will go to raise a complent in consumer court

              I have booked xuv 300 in 2nd feb and the sales person kappu siva kumar commited as per showroom ragulation will provide vehicle within 2 month delivery at the end of march they simple refuse and speak rudely like i[censored] want vehicle u hv to wait or go for cancellation

              They hv cancel the vehicle which am waiting 2 month and deducted 2000 ruppes cancellation charge without intimate at the time of booking..
              Simple doing cheat with me .i have to his manager they said i[censored] want u can put case like their talking style very bad management.
              Very much dis appointed mahindra people chiting such a way..

                I purchased mahindra xuv 500 w6 (Ka04 – ms – 4629) from sireesh auto hosur road in nov 2016. I am extremely disappointed with the issues that am going through since last 8 months. Just few days back, my vehicle just stopped in the middle of the road at 10 pm in busy traffic, i have subscribed to the toll facility and my vehicle was sent to jakkur service center, where i usually get serviced. The service manager said that the air filter is spoilt and it was replaced. I paid close rs 2500 for it. Again, after few days, my vehicle again stopped just like that, i somehow managed to take it back to the service center and i am told that there is some issue with the vacuum modulator. It is under warranty and it is replaced, but i was informed if the problem arises, they will change the other modulator. I requested them to change the other one, as i go out with my family quite often to different places (Usually night travels). They have refused to do so.

                My concern is that my vehicle is not even 2 years old, yet am going through so many issues. Can you please help me out with this. I am highly frustrated with the problems. Have i got any defective piece or am i not getting proper guidance.
                Request you to look in to this at the earliest. Awaiting for a response.

                  Hi,

                  I remitted rs 50, 000 as advance for replacement of battery pack for reva car on 6-october-2017. May i know what is the status on the same.

                  Your south zone customer care manager is not able to care as he conveyed sireesh auto is not giving him proper information and he has no clue and is travelling extensively.

                  I was promised replacement within a month of advance payment, but now it is almost two months and no action has happened yet.

                  I'm really sorry that i purchased a mahindra vehicle, i promise i will not repeat this mistake, kindly pardon me and let me know whom i should contact to get this resolved.

                    This is regarding the recent visit of my sangyong rexton to the sireesh auto workshop in bangalore. The car had been given for 45000km service, two complaint were mentioned:
                    1] brake shudders very heavily while braking after driving for 5-10kms. This has been very clearly informed to the service personnel mr srinivasan arumugam. As per the advice of the service advisor, we have replaced the brake pads, but the concern still persists, in fact it has increased too much, that you are scared to step on the brake pedal. We had taken the car for a long drive after service, and the experience was horrifying.

                    2. Wiper blades had to be replaced since it was not cleaning. The wiper blades were changed, but not fitted correctly. The wipers came in contact with each other and made a loud noise and stopped working that we had to drive the car to the showroom in silk board to get the concern rectified. They told hat we have to take the car to their workshop to get it sorted which was around 7kms away from this place!!!.

                    We really doubt the workmanship quality of the staff in sireesh, however what annoys us is that we really doubt the road worthiness of the car after this brake issue now. We feel it is not safe, also the braking distance has gone up. After paying about 25, 000/- for service, the experience is really pathetic

                      I don't know where to start from. Its called cheating. Your sireesh auto jp nagar 6th phase service station are cheating like anything. My scorpio dl 7cm 0388 was there for few mechanical work. They kept my car for 2 days and when delivered today at 4pm. Nothing has been checked properly or correctly done but you took the payment for full!!
                      Please resolve it

                      Their service advisor gowtham i don't know how skilled is he or does he knows his job, i doubt. Non of the parts are available with them, then why do you take the car in first hand. Simply say that you are not competent to address the problems.

                      I really fail to understand what were you doing for 2 days with my car??

                      I called atleast 5 times to follow up for the work and gowtham keeps saying yes work going on and its all done.

                      The same suspension problem and critching sound coming from front wheels. Suspension check has not been done after repeated phone calls. The steering adjustment has not been done. The spoiler back light not replaced, says not available!
                      But why didn't they inform the same. The door lock driver side not done. Non of the electrical check up done as mirror indicators are not working.

                      This is just one if the pathetic service i have ever seen throughout india for mahindra.

                        Hello, i am user of reliance broadband having customer id : my broadband is not working. I made a complaint yesterday around 12 pm. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. But the issue was not resolved. So i made another complaint today near about 4 pm. But still it's not resolved. My question is why customer is going to pay the monthly charges if your company is providing that type of service. I am literally fed up of reliance service. Almost every month problem occurs on broadband connection. At last, i just want a permanent resolution of this. Because everytime the promised were broken by reliance service. If this can't be resolved then please do a last favour to me i. E. Permanently disconnec my connection and i promise you will never go to use any reliance service. Hoping a positive response from your side. Thanks & regard on this service my broadbned no [protected] hi, userid: this is to inform you that i am not satisfied with the services provided by you.. My internet connection is still not working. How can you say that the services are working. And even now when trying to call customer care, it says my services are suspended. Can you look into this issue asap. I am not going to pay for this month because of this poor service provided by you. I am sorry to say that reliance is one of the poor service providers i had faced till now. If you can't satisfy your customers then please shutdown your services. Its already been more than 54 hours still i am facing the same issue. How many times should i complain for the same. I need a permanent solution to this. If you cant fix it then just say quit else i am going to consumer forum related to the same. Thanks

                          Gave car for service with main ac problem. Sudakar from jp nagar branch claims that he had to go to hospital so he could not call and forgot to inform that the ac part is not available. Since the car had crossed 60k kms he did general service and sent back the car. We paid 11.5k unnecessarily without fixing our main ac problem.

                          We have wasted our money on wrong service for which we dint want to give the car for service at all. While our main ac problem is persisting. Car was delivered today 11/8/17

                          Sudakar called and is telling us to pay extra for ac part and get some discount on labour.

                          I don't want to pay money again for your mistake. Get the ac fixed or refund the money.

                            Hi, i had given my reva i vehicile for servicing in the month of april 2017 to sireesh auto service station hsr layout. Since then i am having problems with the vehicle, i am trying to contact the servicing centre but there nobody picks the call.in a span of 3 months again my vehicle is having problem. Need somebody to look into the matter at the earliest.

                              Myself siddappa guddad, i have purchased mahindra tuv 300 in the month of march 2017, 1st day itself we found roof top was found dirty and door vibration sound from all doors.
                              Later we gave complaint to mahindra showroom about above issues.
                              It's more than 4 times mahindra did action on the complaint but unfortunately no good result.
                              Every time after service or complaint register, one lady calls and asks about service satisfaction rating, i have given all the time low ratings to them by explaining all above points but till now no proper response.

                              At last i have to say, this is one of the worst service centre.

                                Caught them red handed few times.

                                Issue is with pushing unwanted repairs, replacing parts which are not really required etc.

                                Once the service advice told that suspension bush was completely gone, when complained on a sound near front wheel. Later double checked with another regular workshop and found that it is a loosened bolt. Till now vehicle is running fine...20k kms by now.

                                Another time, the service adviser told to change the power window set including motor for one door when it was stuck. By the time i had started doubting them on pushing unwanted/fake repairs i told i will do later.
                                Showed it to another workshop (India garage). It was just a stuck. A hard shake/punch made it worked.

                                But m&m is very prompt when complained. I dont want to experiment again withe them and stoped giving vehicle.

                                  I had provided my Scorpio vehicle for full service on 18th November 2016 and i received my vehicle on 19th November 2016. I received a Bill amount of 11933 rupees and was quite shocked as i was told the estimate would be around 5 to 6 K for full service. I was told that a good checkup was done and all issues were addressed so i paid the amount and when i took the vehicle i observed reverse camera was not working and then after complaining...

                                  Hi, My Husband got this car from this Sireesh Auto Bannergatta Road. in Jan 2016 and was paying regular monthly EMI and this vehicle is Yellow board taken for Taxi services. In month of July due to strike he was not able to run taxi for 3 days which affected this business and was not able to pay car emi on time.
                                  This Manager by name Stalin seized the car just when 2 EMI was pending without any intimation.
                                  Due to which is business is affected and he is without job, if car is seized for just 2 Emi there are people are having 4-6 emi pending. Request this Sireesh Auto to release car by accepting 2 dues which we are ready to pay

                                    Have purchased new thar on august 2015.
                                    After one week of driving i found that fuel gauge was not working properly.

                                    Have informed the same to the agency and told they will fix it.Have send my vehicle more than 8 times to fix this problem.Put no use .They said its manufacturing problem and will replace the same.

                                    Have send my vehicle more than 4 times a month to sort different problems of which few problems still remains.
                                    There was problem with the alignment of the vehicle which i told the service team, instead of doing proper wheel checking they just did wheel aliment and gave to me saying the problem is sorted.Of which i had the same problem and had to take my jeep to a local wheel balancing shop to understand the issue.
                                    The problem still there with my vehicle and its goes to left .And steering also is hard now.

                                    There is sound coming from the front suspension like its a loose bush or something and can feel the vibration on to the steering .Asking about the same from the service team i got the answer saying it is like that only, and they cant do anything.I checked with my friend who owns a garage and he told me it can be fixed an its the problem with the bush.Please note we are paying full money to mahindra an purchasing the vehicle not in installment.If your service guys are not aware of this thinks please train them before they talk to clients .Its not joke to go to service station 4 times in one month and wasting fuel for nothing .

                                    They even told me i cant go and fix problems in local garages because then i will loose warrant to the parts .Which i didn't even understand .So what they mean is you drive a non safe vehicle just because the service team has no clue to fix the issue .

                                    Also can when i use ac the water which suppose to be going out is actually coming inside the passenger seating area.Why is it like this .Is this how the design is or is this a issue that has to be attended.

                                    If mahindra feels the issues that there customers face are genuine and should be addressed with utmost priority, will be great to get response to this issues .

                                    Hope to get some answers that will sort the problems .
