[Resolved] Sireesh Auto — multiple issues with my car | |||
I purchased mahindra xuv 500 w6 (Ka04 – ms – 4629) from sireesh auto hosur road in nov 2016. I am extremely disappointed with the issues that am going through since last 8 months. Just few days back, my vehicle just stopped in the middle of the road at 10 pm in busy traffic, i have subscribed to the toll facility and my vehicle was sent to jakkur service center, where i usually get serviced. The service manager said that the air filter is spoilt and it was replaced. I paid close rs 2500 for it. Again, after few days, my vehicle again stopped just like that, i somehow managed to take it back to the service center and i am told that there is some issue with the vacuum modulator. It is under warranty and it is replaced, but i was informed if the problem arises, they will change the other modulator. I requested them to change the other one, as i go out with my family quite often to different places (Usually night travels). They have refused to do so. My concern is that my vehicle is not even 2 years old, yet am going through so many issues. Can you please help me out with this. I am highly frustrated with the problems. Have i got any defective piece or am i not getting proper guidance. Request you to look in to this at the earliest. Awaiting for a response.
