Sireesh Auto — Service Issue and cheating financially | |||||
I had provided my Scorpio vehicle for full service on 18th November 2016 and i received my vehicle on 19th November 2016. I received a Bill amount of 11933 rupees and was quite shocked as i was told the estimate would be around 5 to 6 K for full service. I was told that a good checkup was done and all issues were addressed so i paid the amount and when i took the vehicle i observed reverse camera was not working and then after complaining they tried to fix it but could not fix after trying for 1 hour. As i was getting late i left thinking i could get it fixed later. After driving the vehicle for some time i observed that the headlights were not working. This was perfectly working when i handed over my vehicle for service. When i called Sireesh auto supervisor SIJO ANTHONY he informs me that the problem could have existed earlier. I would like to know then what kind of full service is done and how i have been billed for the same ??? Incidentally in my earlier service my bill came to around thirty thousand INR.. I feel this is some kind of scam and they are extracting huge money from customers with out giving proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
