I had given the car (Verito D4) for service on 13 October, with few complaints in Radio, Remote and Cigar Lighter, They have not fixed anything asked me to approach different vendors for Remote (Autocop) and radio some one in Koramangala. Car was not cleaned / Washed.
Right side front door is making noise. I made a complaint to the service center they have not called back or not picking up my calls further.
They have just changed the parts and refilled the oil

My Thar KA51-MH-4560 got delivered today @ 6:25 pm to my office in Kormangala almost an hour ago after service from your garage. It was given for service day before yesterday. I find the below items missing from my vehicle
1. USB inside the dash which was connected to music system.
2. A music DVD of Enigma.
3. My navigation system control panel
4. Service Book
I seek immediate clarification to this, most importantly to the Navigation control panel. This is insane and totally irresponsible. I want these items found and action to be taken against the culprits.
Your reputation is at stake and my items are valuable to be.
Await your urgent action. I will be coming there first thing tomorrow morning.
