Vehicle - KA03MM8519 ( SCORPIO 2010 model)
Dear Mahindra,
We had previously owned 3 Mahindra vehicles and currently own 2 ( old Jeep, scorpio 2010) for which we have had a really great service experience which motivated us to continue with this brand.
But recently we had given our vehicle for service at Sireesh Auto, JAKKUR branch, Bangalore.
The details of service-
Complaints -
1. All windows not working properly
2. Headlight low beam not working
3. Wiper blade replacement
4. Wiper water not working
5. Wheel alignment
But the service consultant requested us to take regular service and engine coating for which we agreed.
And the service was done, car was delivered after 4 days with a bill of 8257 /-
But the issue 1 and 4 was not at all resolved, when asked for clarification the service consultant and manager blamed us and replied that we had asked them not to replace.
But in the bill they have replaced wiper tubes and the issue has still NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
( Wheel alignment was not done as they said suspension bearing had to be replaced for which we denied as it could run for another 1500kms and we needed the car immediately)
The service consultant Mr. Hanumanth Shigli and Manager Mr. Sunil had made us wait for more than 40 minutes and gave the above reply.
And asked that they will replace them again but will add the labour charges again and car being with them for another 4 to 5 days.
This issue and behaviour has made us feel really bad about Mahindra service and have motivated us to not continue with this brand anymore, despite being one of the greatest and advanced car manufacturers, due to service issues like this is really a step back factor while thinking of buying or recommending Mahindra cars.
We had planned o[censored]pgrading for the new Scorpio in few months but this issue has made us unhappy and the pride of having Mahindra is no more.
We request you to please look into this issue.
