Hi,

Even i have also booked a Asus Zenfone 5 Mobile phone from sirfbuy.com on 18th March 2015 from www.sirfbuy.com. and on 31st march 2015, i recieved a message that your product has been canceled due to our courier partner issue & money is refunded back into your account

Now today is 14th April 2015 and still i haven't recieved my money back into my account and tried many times to call on their customer care number, but both number are not getting connect.

Even i went to the contact address mentioned on website and their is no office of sirfbuy.com. they have mentioned wrong contact address on their website & they are making customers fool

India no contact numbers and office, no infromation, how can solve this problem, returns also not responcing

Dear Friends, I am Rupesh Bhosle from MUMBAI . I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 16 GB on 21/3/2015. Made payment through my credit card. Website shows order is out for delivery since 23/3/2015. after 7 days sirfbuy massage me your order is cancelled, your payment refund within 7 days, But till date I does not receive my money. My Order no. is #10556 I have seen so many such cases on complain board. Dear friends keep in touch if any of complainer have any update. Sirfbuy.com is Biggest fraud.
