I have bought intex asus zenfone mobile in sirfbuy.com site worth
Rs.7499/- order no 10642

They gave me delivery date as 21 march but later they said the delivery date as 25th, so i cancelled my order
but neither got product nor refund money if any one got money pls tell the procedure to get money my mobile no is [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

They have told that i will get money with in 5-7 days but did not got till now.
now they are not responding even the mobile no. not working...
what to do now?
how to get money?

the first complaint when i registered i got calls from 2 persons from one Mumbai and other from Delhi saying that they are from sirfbuy and asked my debit card details and cvv no to credit money

Dear friends I am deep prakash johri a person calls me from [protected] no and claming me he calls from mumbai consumers complaints and give refund my money to my account by debit card he asked every thing but i didnt tell he also ask for cvv no please be aware from this type of persons. Dear friends We all have transfer money online in any account but the question is where the money gone. The money gone in any account so ask your bank to give details of where the transacation was done and in which account so we get the exact address of sirfbuy.com. And we will catch them try this. Hi, I Shubham daharwal I have booked a Asus Zenfone 5 Mobile phone from sirfbuy.com on 21th March 2015 from www.sirfbuy.com. and on 31st march 2015, i recieved a message that your product has been canceled due to our courier partner issue & money is refunded back into your account Now today is 20th April 2015 and still i haven't recieved my money back into my account and tried many times to call on their customer care number, but both number are not getting connect.
