Sitel — management not proper

Hi,

I want to lodge against management. They had selected on the basis of interview which was on excel but after joining they had given me profile which is irrelevant baded on my experience and interview which i was had been given the profile i was incharged they had not given me training of profile & asked for assessment twice which i failed due to lack of training. At lst they had terminated me from sitel without giving me adequate training.
