Sitex International Courier And Cargo — cargo not received

I had sent cargo from sitex international courier and cargo from madinah on 29/09/18 they said it wil reach within 25 days but its been a month now i havnt received my parcel yet. Here in madinah the sitex international courier and cargo company has been shut down n there phone numbers are not reachable whom should i contact now to check my status of parcel.
