Hi sir,

My mom had been to makkah and she parceled one box to india in the month of september. Please find bill details alond with consumer number.

Even now we are not getting any response when we call the contact numbers present in the bill.

Could you please help us how can we get our parcel back. There are some sentimental valuble items which are present in that box. Please find below details of the bill.
