Dear Sir,

We have verified with the IT Team and it is found that the said channel is no more available on the control room which is providing services in your area. the channel has been discontinued due to non-signing of agreement with the broadcaster. it is once again clarified that in case if the same channel is carried again on the network the same would be available to you.

Please refer to the below clause of the booklet;

9. Does subscriber has flexibility to choose any channel?

Yes, subscriber can choose any channels which are available on the platform of the distributor, either in a-la-carte form or bouquet or combination of both.

Please see highlighted part in the above FAQ. We have clarified that the said channel is not available on our platform hence it is not possible for us to provide the same as the said is not carried on our network.
