Siti Cable — cable operator denied to recharge selected channels | |||
I am from Hyderabad consumer of Siti cable network, since last 3 months I launched complained against my area siti cable operator as he was denied to recharge selected channels, but no action taken in this regards by siti cable. My cable cable operator not only denied but also not responding any call, regarding recharge selected channelsIf we contact our cable operator he says iam helpless if we contact techinician are serive provider the only ans since 30days is we have raised your complaint and will be resolved within 48hrs are 24hrs.in a month minimum seven days there will be no connectivity. Very very poor maintence. Iam fed of calling your service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
