Siti Cable — cable tv account deactivated

I have a siti cable connection at r. R. Nagar, old bowenpally, secunderabad.

I made the below payment for channels in march but the same was suddenly stopped and the status is showing as deactivated without any information and there is no option to activate the connection online.

Our operator has closed his shop and stopped responding to calls.
Please activate my account to recharge the same.
