Siti Cable — Colors Channel not aired from last one week

To The concerned, Colors tv channel is not aired to my subscription since last one week. My home is situated in Maruthi Nagar, near to pillar no. 84, Attapur Ring Road. Every time when i contact the cable operator, he says that there is problem from the SITI Digital. Colors tv channels is the channel we watch most of the times. I'm paying to watch and for entertainment, but when I don't get what I'm paying for then what is the use. I need colors channel to be aired asap. Thanks, Sanjai Singh
