Siti Cable — incorrect package

Dear sir/madam,

The package for my tv changed automatically. I had subscribed to siti cabel just one month back and suddenly the package got changed to hd and now i am unable to get the channels that i was using.
The local team is unable to help and is saying nothing can be done...
I have call recordings and screenshots as proof for the sub standard service.
Request to kindly look into the matter on priority.

Siti cable app and Siti website for recharging channel packs not active, it is showing under maintenance since last 7 days. i am unable to recharge the pack online. please do something.
