Siti Cable — login failure

I am unable to login on siti network from past 1-2 weeks as its giving error message.
"error! -1005 - system is under maintenance. Please contact your local cable operator." also from today my box is deactivated.
That's really pathetic that they are not able to solve these basic things for online process.
I need to check and edit package as well as need to make payments also.
So please do something for that.
