Siti Cable — no service even after 4 days since I paid the subscription fee

No services even after 4days since i paid the subscription fee on 11th august.
Even the free channels are not playing for poor signal.
Raised the online complaint 4th time to customer care today. But i got nothing other than false promises.
The screen either displays the errors (120, 150 and 200) or the screen is stuck with unclear picture.
. Why the 24 hours commitment is no binding on them.
They are eating up customers money without even

It's status quo, nothing has happened so far. No one contacted so far. This is it even after raising the issue with helpline every day.
