Siti Cable — non availability of allocated tv channels

Sir i had submitted my channel selections relevant papers to our service provider: new ray cable vision, 28 lake east 3rd road, santoshpur, kolkata 700075 along with prescribed charges on 23.12.2018. But suddenly since last four days i am not getting some channels viz sony & sony aat, kolars bangla, cnn news, jalsha movies, though i selected and paid. I am facing difficulties. I had repeatedly requested new ray cable vision but they told that siti cable is not arranging. I earnestly request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me those channels immediately since last four days those were not coming. Other channels are coming. Thanking you.
