Siti Cable — not activating for few days even after payment to cable operator | |||
We are subscribed to siti cable in our area as there is no option also. Our cable operator collects payment much in advance from us as well as from our neighbors and other local subscribers. To the shock and surprise to one and all, our tv connection gets disconnected showing non-payment, as the reason. When we contact the concerned person he says you would get tomorrow, same reply next day and after that he does not respond to our calls. When contacted in person, he says some signal problem or technical problem is there and company is attending to it, after 3 or 5 days we get it without any guarantee on uninterrupted service. This is our monthly experience since we have subscribed as per new trai guidelines. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have siti cable and wifi connection in a month 15 days my wifi doesn't have any network and it hampers very much when we call at the office they make silly excuses that work is going on and tv channels are not available. We have to continuously run to the office for complaining. We are facing a lot of trouble and its happening every month.
